CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET?

Tickets are non-refundable, but can be exchanged. Log in to your ticket portal to exchange schedules (link available in your confirmation email).

ARE THE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN GUESTS?

A photo ID must be shown to enter. As long as a guest at the party matches one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID, the rest of the party guests are flexible.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

No! Tickets are for mobile devices only. You must present your ticket on your phone with a valid ID. If you selected Text Message, an ID must match the purchaser's or a single registered name. Name changes are never allowed on tickets and any claims by ticket scalpers are false. Groups must enter together.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE THE NAMES OF MY GUESTS?

Only one ID must match one of the names on the tickets.

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

Yes, although we recommend making reservations online.

What is the average length of a typical visit to Sweet Space?

The average length of a typical visit to Sweet Space is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. However, this time may vary depending on the pace and interest of each visitor, as some people may choose to spend more time on certain exhibits or interactive activities. 

The museum is designed for visitors to enjoy each themed room and the interactive experiences it offers, so we recommend taking the time to immerse yourself in the creativity and fun that Sweet Space has to offer.

Is there any age restriction to enter the museum?

In general, Sweet Space Museum is a place suitable for all ages and families. There are usually no age restrictions for admission. The museum is designed to be a fun and interactive experience for visitors of all generations, including children, youth and adults. However, young children must be accompanied by an adult to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. 

Are there any vegan or gluten-free sweets?

Sweet Space currently sells vegan and gluten-free treats in its Gift Shop. However, as part of the tasting experience, we hope to soon provide vegan and gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. 

If you have any dietary restrictions, please advise at the box office and at each tasting opportunity to confirm ingredients. 

Do you still have the ball pool?

Unfortunately, the Misterpiro room has been changed, but soon we will have new surprises in the last room.

How to get to the museum?

We are located in the ABC Serrano, a shopping mall in Calle de Serrano, one of the most popular streets in Madrid. Our museum is on the second floor of the mall. When you enter through the entrance on Calle de Serrano, walk straight ahead until you see our store.

Do you have parking at the museum?

Yes, while the museum itself does not have a parking lot, the ABC Serrano shopping center where the museum is located offers parking for a fee.
